The knees are surrounded by a number of muscles that all need to work together as a team. When there is an imbalance of these muscles or elsewhere in the body it can often times show up as knee pain. One of the best things you can do for your body is to teach your knees to be knees again and make them resilient. Dr. Simon feels….

  • Many knee issues stem from hips and feet that don’t move well

  • knees are meant to bend and rotate (yes, your knee rotates) and need to be Trained That way

  • Most knees need more hamstring strength, not stretching, to Fix Imbalances

  • Proper mechanics, strength, and gradual introduction to new activities is essential for avoiding injuries
