Do you take insurance?
No, Sole PT is an out of network clinic, meaning I do not take any insurance. You will be provided a superbill with all the necessary billing codes for each visit which you can submit on your own for out of network reimbursement.
Do you accept FSA/HSA cards?
Yes! Simply input this as your payment method when scheduling your appointment.
What should I expect during the initial evaluation

Full body assessment from head to toe
Education on assessment results
Gait assessment (if appropriate)
Preliminary exercise plan to get you started
Why do you only offer packages?
I have found that clients who purchase packages have the best outcomes and for that reason, Sole PT is moving towards only working with those ready to invest in the process and their body.
How long are your sessions?
Initial Evaluation: 75 mins
Follow Up Sessions: 50 mins
How often do I see you for sessions?
Sole Performance Therapy likes to work with clients on a consistent basis. For the first 4-5 weeks, it's recommended clients come 1x a week. Depending on progress, the remaining visits can then be spaced to every other week.
