Do you take insurance?

No, Sole PT is an out of network clinic, meaning I do not take any insurance. You will be provided a superbill with all the necessary billing codes for each visit which you can submit on your own for out of network reimbursement.

Yes! Simply input this as your payment method when scheduling your appointment.

  • 75 mins long

  • Full body assessment from head to toe

  • Gait assessment (if appropriate)

Why do you only offer packages?

I have found that clients who purchase packages have the best outcomes and for that reason, Sole PT is moving towards only working with those ready to invest in the process and their body.
